Another stellar weekend for RUMBA - TREADS cycling team!

Saturday was the Colorado State Time trial championship. Joan won the CAT 3 category, scoring herself a champ title and vest/medal. Susan narrowly missed the CAT 4 victory by 5 seconds!!!! We had a huge group of team members out there contesting the victory and I was really proud of everyone that raced. (see photo attached of all participants).

On Sunday, our CAT 3 team united and raced super strategically, setting up Leigh for the victory in the sprint. Another victory for the team!! It was pure teammate-ship at work and everyone on the CAT 3 team shared in that celebration!

Meanwhile up in the mountains at Vail, elite rider Marisa was racing the Teva Games Vail hillclimb, and WON -- stealing the victory from big names like Georgia Gould and Katie Compton!

Next weekend many of us head to Glenwood Springs for a 3-day event featuring a TT, RR and crit.
